Regulations Governing Foreign Exchange Business of Banking Enterprises Article 5
(Data Protection)Unless otherwise provided by other laws, the Bank or the competent authorities, banking enterprises shall maintain the confidentiality of customer information gathered from foreign exchange business, and shall adopt proper security measures in compliance with Paragraph 1, Article 27 of the Personal Information Protection Act if personal information is involved.

銀行業因辦理外匯業務所蒐集顧客之資料，除其他法律、本行或主管機關另有規定者外，應保守秘密；如涉及個人資料者，並應依個人資料保護法第二十七條第一項規定採行適當之安全措施。
