Regulations Governing Foreign Exchange Business of Banking Enterprises Article 49
(Examination)To examine reports and forms submitted by banking enterprises, the Bank may, if deemed necessary, dispatch personnel to inspect the relevant account books and documents of banking enterprises, or may request banking enterprises to provide truthful financial reports or other relevant information within a prescribed period of time.
