(Conducting Business on behalf of OBU)An authorized bank may, within the scope of foreign exchange business approved by the Bank, accept the designation of the offshore banking unit (OBU) of the same bank to handle its OBU business in accordance with the Offshore Banking Act, the Offshore Banking Act Enforcement Rules, and other relevant provisions.
