Regulations Governing Foreign Exchange Business of Insurance Enterprises Article 5

Unless otherwise provided by these Regulations,the head office of an insurance enterprise applying to engage in foreign exchange business must submit a written application with the documents prescribed in Article 6 to the Bank for approval.The branches within the territory of the Republic of China of a foreign insurance enterprise applying to engage in foreign exchange business must submit a written application with the documents prescribed in Article 6 to the Bank for approval.
