（Adjustment of annual aggregate settlement amount）The Bank may, in view of economic and financial conditions or the needs for maintaining the order of foreign exchange market, adjust the amounts specified in the main text of Subparagraph 3, Paragraph 1 of Article 4 herein and Subparagraph 1, Paragrap 1 of the preceding article.
