Regulations Governing Meetings of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of the Republic of China (Taiwan) Article 12
A director who is unable to attend a scheduled meeting of the Board for some reason may authorize another director to act as his/her deputy.A deputy referred to in the preceding paragraph may represent only one absent director.
