The Central Bank of the Republic of China (Taiwan) Act Article 9
The Bank shall have a Governor with the rank of special appointment and two Deputy Governors with the rank equivalent to Grade 14；all of whom shall be appointed for a term of five years and may be reappointed upon the expiration of such term.The provision of the preceding paragraph that the rank of Deputy Governor is equivalent to Grade 14 shall apply to Deputy Governors appointed after the revision of this Act, amended on 8 April 2011, has come into force.

本行置總裁一人，特任；副總裁二人，職務比照簡任第十四職等，任期均為五年；期滿得續任命之。
前項副總裁職務比照簡任第十四職等之規定，於本法中華民國一百年四月八日修正之條文施行後任命之副總裁適用之。
