Non-Departmental Public Bodies Act Article 1
This Act is enacted to regulate the common issues of establishment, organization, operation, supervision and dissolution of non-departmental public bodies, to ensure uninterrupted operation of public affairs with greater efficiency and flexibility, and to facilitate public interest.
