Basic Code Governing Central Administrative Agencies Organizations Article 7
Organic laws and regulations of agencies shall contain the following:1. Agency name.2. Basis or purpose for establishing the agency.3. Superior-subordinate relationship with other agencies.4. Authority and functions of the agency.5. Job title, official position and number of agency heads and deputy heads.6. Job title, official position and number of political posts within the agency.7. Job title and official position of the chief of staff.8. Names of subordinate agencies (if any) established according to agency functions.9. Existence period of agency (if any).10.Scope of collegial decisions, parliamentary procedures and resolution approaches adopted in case of an independent agency.

二、機關設立依據或目的。
三、機關隸屬關係。
四、機關權限及職掌。
五、機關首長、副首長之職稱、官職等及員額。
六、機關置政務職務者，其職稱、官職等及員額。
七、機關置幕僚長者，其職稱、官職等。
八、機關依職掌設有次級機關者，其名稱。
九、機關有存續期限者，其期限。
十、屬獨立機關者，其合議之議決範圍、議事程序及決議方法。
