Basic Code Governing Central Administrative Agencies Organizations Article 35
The Executive Yuan shall review, amend and submit the Organic Act of the Executive Yuan and Provisional Act on the Adjustment of Functions and Organizations of the Executive Yuan to the Legislative Yuan for deliberation within three months after the promulgation of this Code.After the promulgation of this Code, organic acts of other agencies or other relevant laws found to be in contravention of this Code shall be sent to the Executive Yuan for amendment before the deadline stipulated by the Executive Yuan, and be submitted to the Legislative Yuan for deliberation within one year after the promulgation of the amendments to the Organic Act of the Executive Yuan.

行政院應於本法公布後三個月內，檢討調整行政院組織法及行政院功能業務與組織調整暫行條例，函送立法院審議。
本法公布後，其他各機關之組織法律或其他相關法律，與本法規定不符者，由行政院限期修正，並於行政院組織法修正公布後一年內函送立法院審議。
