Statistics Act Article 14
When conducting statistical surveys, the enumerators must present the certificate for identification and shall proactively inform the respondents the ways of verification and give them the opportunities for verification as well.The enumerators mentioned in the preceding Paragraph must not collect unauthorized data in the guise of performing duties.It is prohibited for anyone to evade, obstruct or refuse the enumerators conducting the Basic National Census and Survey or Designated Statistical Survey.

執行統計調查之人員於執行職務時，應出示有關證明文件，並主動告知受查者查證方式及給予查證機會。
前項人員，不得假借執行職務之名取得未經授權蒐集之資料。
辦理基本國勢調查及指定統計調查之人員，進行統計調查時，任何人不得規避、妨礙或拒絕。
