Budget Act Article 43
Each and every competent agency shall, by the sequence of priority, arrange the annual expenditures budget estimates of its agency unit for deliberation and reference by the Legislative Yuan.The preceding Paragraph shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to the general budget proposal for the central government compiled by the central budget accounting and statistics agency.
