Financial Statement Act Article 29

The Control Yuan shall deal with the matters required actions listed in the audit report of the general financial statement and the consolidated table of subordinate unit financial statements in the following ways:1. The receipt and payment required to be made regarding compensation but not yet executed shall be transferred to the competent agency of the National Treasury or the competent agency of the subordinate unit financial statement for execution.2. Matters requiring disciplinary actions shall be executed by the agencies involved pursuant to laws and regulations.3. The Head of the superior agency shall be notified with respect to matters of neglecting duties and failing to perform at a required standard.
