Statutes for Establishment and Management of Budget, Accounting and Statistics Agencies and BAS Personnel Article 9
The name of an organization's BAS Agency shall be determined in that organization's organizational regulation.The grades of an organization's BAS Personnel shall be determined based on the organization's organizational regulation or applicable position grading table regulations. The grades of Responsible BAS Personnel should generally be equivalent to those of the organization's first-level service unit Executives.

各機關主計機構之名稱，應訂入各該機關組織法規。
各機關主計人員職務之列等，依各機關組織法規或所適用之職務列等表規定辦理；主辦人員職務之列等宜與各該機關一級業務單位主管之職務列等維持適度衡平。
