Statutes for Establishment and Management of Budget, Accounting and Statistics Agencies and BAS Personnel Article 4
The term “budget, accounting and statistics personnel” as mentioned in the Act shall refer to the personnel in charge of the budget, accounting and statistics affairs.BAS Personnel are separated into "Responsible BAS Personnel" and "BAS Assistants”. The Comptrollers of Central BAS Authority and the personnel of organizations that take charge of the overall budget, accounting and statistics affairs are categorized as “Responsible BAS Personnel”, whereas the others are categorized as “BAS Assistants”.

本條例所稱主計人員，指辦理歲計、會計、統計業務之人員。
主計人員分為主辦人員及佐理人員。
