Statutes for Establishment and Management of Budget, Accounting and Statistics Agencies and BAS Personnel Article 30
Responsible Personnel shall attend meetings concerning their functions held by the government or by the organization where they serve, associate and coordinate with related agencies to help making legal and appropriate disbursement of funds, and provide useful information for decision-making so as to enhance the administrative efficiency.
