Statutes for Establishment and Management of Budget, Accounting and Statistics Agencies and BAS Personnel Article 21
BAS Assistants of all ranks shall be recruited from those who are qualified for the rank of proposed position while subject to their work experience and education background in budget, accounting, and statistics or in other related fields.
