Hakka Basic Act Article 14
Governmental agencies (organizations) shall provide the people with language service for communication needs. They shall also provide Hakka broadcasts, translation services in public areas, and other measures that create Hakka-language-friendly environments.Those people who effectively provide such needs in the preceding paragraph shall be rewarded.

政府機關（構）應提供國民語言溝通必要之公共服務，於公共領域提供客語播音、翻譯服務及其他落實客語友善環境之措施。
辦理前項工作著有績效者，應予獎勵。
