(Permanent Protection of the Exclusive Right to Use Intellectual Creations)The exclusive right to use intellectual creations shall be protected permanently.If the exclusive user of intellectual creations ceases to exist, the protection of the exclusive right thereof shall be deemed to have survived; the exclusive right to use shall instead belong to the entire indigenous peoples.
