Indigenous Peoples Employment Rights Protection Act Article 6

Each level of competent authority, public occupational training institution, public employment service institutions of all levels and the competent authorities of the target industries involved in this Act shall assign staff to process matters related to the rights to work of indigenous people.Indigenous people shall have priority in being hired for the aforementioned positions.
