Act for the Establishment of the Foundation for the Research and Development of Indigenous Languages Article 20
The Foundation shall be dissolved, and its assets returned to the national treasury in any of the following circumstances:1. The Foundation has completed or failed to complete its objectives, or the Foundation is ineffective, and continuation of the Foundation is unnecessary.2. The Foundation has become obsolete due to a change in circumstances.

本基金會有下列情形之一者，主管機關得解散之，解散後其賸餘財產歸屬國庫：
一、已完成設立目的、無法達成設立時之目的或效益不彰，而無存續之必要。
二、因情事變更，而無存續之必要。
