Indigenous Languages Development Act Article 5
Governments of special municipality andcounty(city), indigenous regions andtownship (city, district) office of non-indigenous regions with more than 1500indigenous inhabitants shall arrangeplacement of full-time personnel in chargeof indigenous language promotion.The qualification, training, placement,method of implementation, and otherrelated matters of the indigenous languagepromotional personnel specified in thepreceding item shall be determined by thecentral competent authority.

直轄市、縣（市）政府、原住民族地區及原住民人口一千五百人以上之非原住民族地區之鄉（鎮、市、區）公所，應置專職原住民族語言推廣人員。
前項語言推廣人員資格、訓練、設置、實施方式及其他相關事項之辦法，由中央主管機關定之。
