Indigenous Languages Development Act Article 22

The central competent educationauthority shall train teachers ofindigenous languages, and assist thecompetent authority of specialmunicipality and county(city) to employindigenous language teachers. Theemployment shall be full-time inprinciple.The qualification and employment methodof teachers of indigenous languagesspecified in the preceding item shall bedetermined by the central competenteducation authority in conjunction withthe central competent authority.
