When government agencies operateadministrative, legislative affairs andjudicial procedures, indigenous peoplesmay express their views in theirindigenous languages;all suchgovernment agencies shall employtranslators for interpretation.The central competent authority shallestablish a database of indigenouslanguage professionals for governmentagencies at all levels to employ asneeded.
