The Indigenous Peoples Basic Law Article 34
The relevant authority shall amend, make or repeal relevant regulations in accordance with the principles of this law within three years from its effectiveness.The central indigenous competent authority shall interpret and implement the relevant laws and regulations, which do not be amend, made or repealed in the preceding paragraph with the competent authority by the principle of this law.

主管機關應於本法施行後三年內，依本法之原則修正、制定或廢止相關法令。
前項法令制（訂）定、修正或廢止前，由中央原住民族主管機關會同中央目的事業主管機關，依本法之原則解釋、適用之。
