The Indigenous Peoples Basic Law Article 32
The government may not forcefully evict indigenous persons from their land, except in the case of imminent and obvious danger.Indigenous persons shall be properly accommodated and compensated for losses suffered as a result of forced eviction as set out in the preceding paragraph.
