Regulations Governing Payment to the Veterans Long-term Residence In China Article 13
Where fully government-paid home-cared veterans approved to reside in China has his domicile set in China or holds a passport of P.R.C, he will be deprived from the payment.Where a resettled veteran deprived of the payment under the preceding paragraph has its identity as Taiwanese recovered by the Ministry of the Interior, he may file an application with VH in which he was ever resettled for recovery of accommodation. The same for those who deprived from accommodation under Paragraph Two, Article 27 of the Act.

就養榮民經核准赴大陸地區長期居住，而在大陸地區設籍或領用大陸地區護照者，停止發給其就養給付。
依前項規定停止就養榮民，經內政部許可回復臺灣地區人民身分後，得向原安置之榮家申請恢復就養。
依本條例第二十七條第二項規定停止就養者，亦同。
