The Fee-charging Standards for Using Government Information of Overseas Community Affairs Council, R.O.C. (TAIWAN) Article 6
Duplication of government information for business or education promotions stipulated in Subparagraph 1 of Article 12 of the Charges and Fees Act shall be free of charge.
