The Committee shall convene a meeting each year. It may convene a special meeting and invite personnel from related agencies to be present when necessary.The meeting set forth in the preceding paragraph shall be convened and chaired by the chairperson. If the chairperson is unable to attend the meeting for any reason, the chairperson shall appoint one of the members to chair the meeting.Resolutions shall be passed by majority vote at a meeting where more than half of the members are present. In the event of a tie, the chair shall have a casting vote.

管委會每年開會一次，必要時得召開臨時會議，並得邀請有關機關派員列席。
前項會議由主任委員召集並為主席，主任委員因故不能出席時，由主任委員指派委員一人為主席。
會議之決議，應經過半數委員出席及出席委員過半數之同意；可否同數時，取決於主席。
