Regulations of Marine Dumping Permit Management Article 6
Those who engage in marine dumping shall, at least 24 hours before loading ship or leaving harbor, notify the local coast guard authority and competent authorities at all levels online or by fax regarding the quantity to be dumped, name and marine transport itinerary of the loaded ship, dumping area, and timetable.
