Marine Pollution Control Act Article 61
Those who fail to pay fees within the limited time period pursuant to the regulations of Article 11, Paragraph 2 shall pay, in addition to said fees, interest that shall accrue daily based on the fixed annual interest rate for a one-year time deposit with the Directorate General of the Postal Remittances and Savings Bank on the day of the payment deadline. Those who have still failed to make payments 90 days after the payment deadline shall be fined NT$6,000 to NT$300,000.

未依第十一條第二項所定辦法中有關繳納期限之規定繳納費用者，應依繳納期限當日郵政儲金一年期定期存款固定利率按日加計利息，一併繳納；逾期九十日仍未繳納者，處新臺幣六千元以上三十萬元以下罰鍰。
