Marine Pollution Control Act Article 23
Those who engage in marine dumping may engage in such activities only after receiving permission from the central competent authority.The central competent authority in consultation with the industry competent authority shall determine regulations for applications, conditions, review procedures, cancellation, the performance of marine dumping work procedures, changes in permission and other binding matters for the permission in the foregoing paragraph.
中文原文 海洋污染防治法第23條
從事海洋棄置者，應向中央主管機關申請取得許可後，始得為之。
前項許可之申請、條件、審查程序、廢止、實施海洋棄置作業程序與許可內容變更及其他應遵行事項之辦法，由中央主管機關會商目的事業主管機關定之。
