Regulations Governing Coordination & Liaison between Coast Guard Administration and Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan Article 7
Any failure to reach an agreement in the performance of their duties according to laws or in the request of mutual support by and between CGA and Council of Agriculture (and/or any of its subordinate agencies or organizations) shall be referred to Ocean Affairs Council and Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan for negotiation and settlement.
