The Coast Guard Act Article 12
The Coast Guard shall coordinate and liaise closely with the national defense, the police, the customs and other related authorities, and ask a competent authority to give assistance in their duties performance.The Ocean Affairs Council shall formulate the regulation governing the coordination and the liaison provided in the preceding paragraph along with a related competent authority.
