Regulations Governing Coordination & Liaison between Coast Guard Administration and Ministry of National Defense Article 9
CGA may entrust MND to carry out maintenance and repair for its various standard military equipment including weapons, ammunition, chemical, communication, and reconnaissance facilities.Guidelines governing the entrustment referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be formulated by CGA in conjunction with MND.
