Regulations Governing Coordination & Liaison between Coast Guard Administration and Ministry of National Defense Article 7
In the joint efforts for maintaining national security, CGA and MND shall cooperate with each other, maintain close coordination, and provide information that may affect the security of the sea territory and the coast, such as pre-alarm information, radar information and infiltration intelligence, to each other.Transmission of the information mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be made in writing, by phone, by fax, via information network or any other proper means, and handled by a task force established by the competent regulating units of CGA and MND respectively.

海巡機關及國防部應相互合作，密切協調，彼此提供影響海域、海岸安全之預警、雷情及滲透情資等資料，共同維護國家安全。
