Organization Act of Coast Guard Administration, Ocean Affairs Council Article 7
In response to operational requirements, the CGA may, with the approval of the Executive Yuan, dispatch personnel overseas for official duties, and handle matters in accordance with the Organization Act of Diplomatic Missions.
