Organization Act of the Coast Guard Administration, Executive Yuan Article 27
Review and adjustment for structure, accouterments, and organization of CGA and its subordinate entities shall be made within three years, which is allowed to be extended one additional year if necessary, after this Act has been implemented in order to comply with the principle of primarily developing the Waters and the Coast patrol.

本法施行後，應就本署暨所屬機關之編裝、組織重新檢討調整，俾符合優先發展海域巡防之原則，並以三年為期限。
