The appointment and management of personnel of CGA and its subordinate entities shall be regulated separately.Before implementation of the aforesaid regulations, the appointment and management of newly-recruited personnel of CGA and its subordinate entities shall comply with relevant laws and regulations of their personnel systems.

本署及所屬機關人員之任用及管理，另以法律定之。
前項人員任用及管理法律未施行前，本署及所屬機關新進人員之任用及管理，仍依其原各該相關法令辦理。
