CGA shall establish the Department of Ethics, which shall have one Director ranked as Senior Grade 12, and one Deputy Director ranked as Senior Grade 11. The Department of Ethics shall be in charge of affairs related to ethics. Staff selection or recruitment of this department should comply with the authorized complement in this Act.
