The Act of Organization for Maritime Patrol Directorate General, Coast Guard Administration, Executive Yuan Article 11

Apart from Police Officer, applicable systems for all the ranks and personnel grades listed in the Acts between Act 5 and Act 10 should be applicable to relevant professional systems according to Act 8 in Civil Service Employment Act.With the same ranks, the aforesaid positions may be recruited from the military personnel equipped with the professional certificate of navigation and engineering and the custom personnel who were transferred to Directorate General due to business transference in 2000.
