Financial Technology Development and Innovative Experimentation Act Article 14
Applicants shall abide by the provisions of this Act and matters required by the competent authority when approving the innovative experimentation and provide a description of the experimentation status as instructed by the competent authority. If deemed necessary, the competent authority may visit the sites of experimentation, which the applicants may not evade, interfere with, or refuse.When an applicant fails to comply with the preceding paragraph, the competent authority may order the applicant to take remedial action within a given time period.

申請人應遵守本條例規定及主管機關核准創新實驗時要求申請人辦理之事項，並依主管機關指示說明創新實驗情形。
