Compulsory Automobile Liability Insurance Act Article 51
(Compulsory Execution)Prior to the payment of an administrative fine issued pursuant to this Act, a highway supervisory authority will not process any license re-issuance, register an alteration [of registered particulars], or handle inspection for an automobile for which establishment of a contract for of this insurance is required.Compulsory execution procedures will be initiated in accordance with the law for failure to pay the administrative fine referenced in the preceding paragraph within the prescribed period.
中文原文 強制汽車責任保險法第51條
依本法所處之罰鍰未繳納前，公路監理機關不予受理應訂立本保險契約之汽車辦理換發牌照、異動登記或檢驗。
前項罰鍰經限期繳納，屆期未繳納者，依法移送強制執行。
