These Rules shall become effective as of the date of promulgation, except for Paragraph 1 of Article 16-1, Article 16-2, and Article 16-3, amended and promulgated on August 18, 2017, which will come into force on January 1, 2018, and Article 10, amended and promulgated on July 10, 2024, and Article 5, amended and promulgated on June 3, 2026, which will come into force on January 1, 2026.

本辦法除中華民國一百零六年八月十八日修正發布之第十六條之一第一項、第十六條之二及第十六條之三條文自一百零七年一月一日施行，一百十三年七月十日修正發布之第十條、一百十五年六月三日修正發布之第五條自一百十五年一月一日施行外，自發布日施行。
