Regulations Governing Management of Insurance Guaranty Funds Article 19
One to three supervisors shall be assigned to the Guaranty Fund. The qualifications and the procedure for the appointment shall be processed in accordance with the Articles of Endowment.Supervisors may exercise their right of supervision independently.
