Regulations Governing Management of Insurance Guaranty Funds Article 11
Where the Guaranty Fund processes items in Subparagraph 1 to 3 and Subparagraph 7 to 9, Paragraph 1, Article 143-3 of this Act, it shall establish internal operating guidelines for the procedures and other matters of compliance and submit the guidelines to the competent authority for recordation.
