An independent broker, a broker company and a bank that is authorized by an proposer to forward premiums on his or her behalf shall preserve collection records and photocopies of the proof of premium payment by the applicant.All documents to be preserved under the preceding paragraph shall be preserved for at least five years, provided that where otherwise specified by an act or regulation, such other provision shall apply.

個人執業經紀人、經紀人公司及銀行受要保人之委託代收轉付保險費者，應保存收費紀錄及代收轉付保險費收據憑證影本。
前項應保存文件之期限最少為五年。
