Regulations Governing Insurance Enterprises Engaging in Operating Reinsurance and Other Risk Spreading Mechanisms Article 8
Credit rating above certain level from an international credit rating agency referred to in subparagraph 3, paragraph 1 of the foregoing article shall mean ratings from any of the following credit rating agencies:1.BBB or higher from Standard & Poor's Corporation;2.B++ or higher from A.M. Best Company;3.Baa2 or higher from Moody’s Investors Service;4.BBB or higher from Fitch Group;5.twA+ or higher from Taiwan Ratings Corporation; or6.An equivalent rating from any other rating agency recognized by the competent authority.

前條第一項第三款所稱國際信用評等機構評等達一定等級，係指下列評等機構之等級：
一、標準普爾公司（Standard&Poor’sCorporation）之BBB等級。
二、貝氏信用評等公司（A.M.BestCompany）之B++等級。
三、穆迪投資者服務公司（Moody’sInvestorsService）之Baa2等級。
四、惠譽公司（FitchGroup）之BBB等級。
五、中華信用評等股份有限公司之twA+等級。
六、其他經主管機關認可信用評等機構所評定之相當等級。
一、標準普爾公司（Standard&Poor’sCorporation）之BBB等級。
二、貝氏信用評等公司（A.M.BestCompany）之B++等級。
三、穆迪投資者服務公司（Moody’sInvestorsService）之Baa2等級。
四、惠譽公司（FitchGroup）之BBB等級。
五、中華信用評等股份有限公司之twA+等級。
六、其他經主管機關認可信用評等機構所評定之相當等級。
