Regulations Governing the Review and Management of Insurance Industry Engaging in Insurance Trust Business Article 12
The funds in an insurance trust account can only be invested in the following: 1. Cash or bank deposits;2. Government bonds or financial debentures;3. Short-term notes and bills; and4. Other investments as approved by the competent authority.If deemed necessary, the competent authority may regulate the scope and amount of investment for insurance trust.

保險金信託資金之運用範圍，以下列方式為限：
