Regulations for Establishment and Administration of Insurance Enterprises Article 29-5
At least half of the directors of a digital insurance company shall meet one of the following qualifications; at least two thirds of the qualified directors / them must meet the qualifications in Subparagraph 1 and at least one director must meet the qualifications in Subparagraph 2:1. Meet the qualifications specified in Subparagraph 1, Article 8 of the Regulations for the Responsible Persons of Insurance Enterprises.2. Has at least five years of professional work experience in financial technology, has served as an assistant manager of the head office or above or its equivalent with outstanding performance, and is able to contribute to the successful operation of the digital insurance company.The number of directors who are not elected in the capacity of the government, a juristic person, or a representative thereof in the preceding paragraph shall be subject to the provisions of Paragraph 4, Article 8 of the Regulations for the Responsible Persons of Insurance Enterprises.

數位保險公司應有半數以上董事符合下列資格之一，其中至少有三分之二符合第一款資格且至少有一人符合第二款資格：
一、符合保險業負責人準則第八條第一項所定資格者。
二、從事金融科技專業領域之工作經驗五年以上，並曾擔任總公司副經理以上或同等職務，成績優良，有助於數位保險公司成功經營者。
前項董事非以政府、法人或其代表人當選者，其人數，適用保險業負責人準則第八條第四項規定。
一、符合保險業負責人準則第八條第一項所定資格者。
二、從事金融科技專業領域之工作經驗五年以上，並曾擔任總公司副經理以上或同等職務，成績優良，有助於數位保險公司成功經營者。
